HAX05 No Sound / Not Working

Please check the following

1. Make sure the ARC LED is lit. If not, slide the ARC Soundbar Output Select switch to “ON”
2. Turn Off Dolby Digital Plus. If you’re using the HDMI ARC passthrough function to connect devices via Optical, you’ll need to turn off Dolby Digital Plus. Then the sound should pass through the HAX05.
3. Slide the ON/OFF switch to the off position, and then turn it back ON.

4. Please make sure you are using HDMI cable v1.4 or higher and connect to TV HDMI ARC port (not normal HDMI port).

5. Please make sure the audio source (like TV) is turned on BEFORE the transmitter is turned on to initiate the effective HDMI ARC handshake.
