Two Easy Ways to Find Your Order Number

You can find it in your Amazon order history or in the confirmation email Amazon sent after your purchase.

What does an Amazon order number look like?

Look for a number labeled Order # or Order number.

Method 1

Use this method if you can sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.

Open Amazon and sign in to the account you used to purchase your Avantree product.

Select Account & Lists, then select Orders.

Select Account & Lists, then choose Orders.

Locate the order that contains your Avantree product. The Amazon order number is shown with the order details.

In this example, the order number appears near the upper-right area of the order.

Method 2

You can also find the order number without opening your Amazon order history.

Find the confirmation or order-related email Amazon sent after you placed the order.

Look for Order # in the email. The number shown beside it is your Amazon order number.

Searching your email for “Amazon” together with “Avantree” may help you locate the message faster.

Example: the order number appears next to “Order #”.

Send the full order number when contacting Avantree.
