Torpedo Plus – Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
A factory reset clears the Torpedo Plus’s saved Bluetooth pairing history.
After the reset, you will need to pair the Torpedo Plus with your Bluetooth device again.
Step 1 – Enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode
- Turn on the Torpedo Plus.
- Press and hold the SOUND MODE button for 2 seconds.
Flashing RED and BLUE = Bluetooth pairing mode.
Step 2 – Reset the Torpedo Plus
While the LED is flashing RED and BLUE:
- Press and hold the + and – buttons together for 3 seconds.
- Release the buttons when the LED turns PINK.
Solid PINK = Reset in progress. Do not turn off the Torpedo Plus while the LED is solid PINK.
Wait a few seconds. The LED will automatically flash RED and BLUE again when the reset is complete and the Torpedo Plus is ready to pair.
Step 3 – Pair It Again
- Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone, tablet, computer, or other Bluetooth device.
- Remove or forget the old Torpedo Plus connection if it is still listed.
- Select Torpedo Plus from the available Bluetooth devices.
