HF049 – How to Adjust the Volume
The volume adjustment depends on which version of HF049 you have.
Before You Start
Check if your HF049 cable has an in-line volume control.
Has a volume control? Follow Step 1.
No volume control? Follow Step 2.
Step 1 – Adjust Volume Using the HF049 Cable
For Batch 22D1 and Later
- Find the volume control on the HF049 cable.
- Move the volume control toward + to increase the volume.
- Move the volume control toward − to decrease the volume.
Tip: If the sound is still too quiet, increase the volume on your TV or connected device as well.
Step 2 – Older HF049 Without Volume Control
For Batches Before 22D1
Older HF049 versions do not have a built-in volume control.
- Connect your HF049 to your TV or audio device.
- Use the TV remote or the connected device's volume buttons to adjust the sound.
