Torus – Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
Reset the Torus to clear its saved Bluetooth connections.
Step 1 – Turn On the Torus
Slide the Power switch toward the Power icon. The Torus will turn on and vibrate.
Step 2 – Reset the Torus
- Press and hold the + and – buttons together for about 5 seconds.
PINK = Reset successful. You may also hear two beeps.
After the reset, the Torus enters Bluetooth pairing mode automatically.
Flashing RED and BLUE = Ready to pair.

Step 3 – Pair It Again
- Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone, tablet, computer, or other Bluetooth device.
- If Avantree Torus is listed, select Forget or Remove.
- Select Avantree Torus from the available devices list.
Your Torus is ready to use once the Bluetooth connection is complete.
