The E191 / Resolve is a wired open-ear earbud. There is no Bluetooth pairing.
- Connect the earbuds to the matching audio port on your device.
- Place the ear hooks comfortably around your ears.
- Play music, a video, podcast, or other audio.
- Adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
Check Which Version You Have
The Resolve is available with different connectors. Make sure your version matches your device.
3.5 mm AUX → Devices with a standard headphone jack
USB-C → Compatible USB-C phones, tablets, and computers
Lightning → Compatible Apple devices with a Lightning port
How Do I Use the Inline Controls?
The inline remote can be used for common music and calling functions.
- Play / Pause
- Volume Up / Down
- Skip / Replay tracks
- Answer / End calls
- Reject calls
- Activate your voice assistant
Something Isn't Working?
No Sound?
- Unplug the E191 / Resolve.
- Plug it back in all the way.
- Turn up the media volume on your device.
- Play audio from another app or video and test again.
Buttons or Volume Controls Not Working?
First, make sure the connector is pushed completely into your device.
Control compatibility can vary depending on the device and connector version. If a button does not respond, use the controls directly on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Earbuds Do Not Feel Secure?
The Resolve uses an open-ear earhook design. The earhook should go around the outside of your ear while the speaker rests over your outer ear.
Adjust the position until the earbuds feel secure without pressing into your ear canal.
