Aria 90B – How to Use Your Headphones

Learn how to connect your Aria 90B headphones, listen to music, and use them with your computer or phone.

Before You Start

Charge your headphones and keep the provided USB dongle nearby if you plan to connect to a computer.

Step 1 – Connect the Headphones to Your Computer

  1. Plug the provided USB dongle into your computer.
  2. Turn ON your Aria 90B headphones.
  3. Wait a few seconds for the headphones and dongle to connect automatically.

Good to Know: The headphones and USB dongle are already paired. You normally do not need to pair them again.

Step 2 – Select Your Computer's Audio Output

If you cannot hear sound, select the Aria 90B USB audio device on your computer.

Windows 10 / 11

  1. Open Settings → System → Sound.
  2. Under Output, select the Aria 90B USB audio device.

Mac

  1. Open System Settings → Sound.
  2. Under Output, select the Aria 90B USB audio device.

Step 3 – Play Music and Adjust the Volume

  1. Play music or a video on your computer.
  2. Use the + and − buttons on the headphones to adjust the volume.

Sound Too Low? Increase the volume on both your headphones and computer.

Want to Connect to a Phone or Tablet?

You can use the Aria 90B headphones without the USB dongle.

  1. Unplug the USB dongle from your computer.
  2. Slide and hold the headphone Power switch toward the Bluetooth symbol until the LED flashes RED and BLUE.
  3. Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone or tablet.
  4. Select Avantree Aria AS90 to connect.

Headphones Connected but No Sound?
  1. Make sure the headphones are ON and charged.
  2. Check that the correct audio output is selected on your computer.
  3. Increase the volume on your headphones and computer.
  4. Unplug the USB dongle and plug it back in.
  5. Try another USB port and play music again.
Using the Headphones for Online Meetings?

For Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other meeting apps:

  1. Open the meeting app's Audio Settings.
  2. Select the Aria 90B USB audio device as your Speaker.
  3. Select the Aria 90B USB audio device as your Microphone, if available.
