- Avantree offers free repairs / replacements within 24 months of purchase from an authorized reseller (see below for the full list)
- This does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, natural disasters, theft / loss, etc.
- Contact support@avantree.com or open a ticket via support.avantree.com in order to start the RMA process
- For products purchased within 6 months of the RMA date, Avantree will cover the return & replacement shipping costs. For products purchased over 6 months ago but still within the warranty period, the user must cover the return shipment cost to one of Avantree’s 5 RMA centers (see below for full list); Avantree will cover the replacement shipping cost.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Avantronics Ltd. ("Avantree") warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that all Avantree-branded products purchased from authorized resellers, including but not limited to avantree.com, Avantree Direct Store on amazon.com, Avantree Global Flagship Store on aliexpress.com, AvantreeDirect on newegg.com, and Avantree Direct Store on walmart.com ("Authorized Resellers"), shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").
Limitations and Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or improper installation
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or other external factors beyond Avantree's control
- Water damage to non-waterproof products
- Theft, loss, or disappearance of the product
- Damage resulting from repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized service centers
Remedies
During the Warranty Period, if a product fails to conform to this limited warranty, Purchaser shall notify Avantree via support@avantree.com or support.avantree.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. Avantree will repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater functionality.
RMA Process
- For products purchased within the last six (6) months of the RMA request, Avantree will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping.
- For products purchased over six (6) months ago but still within the valid Warranty Period, Purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of return shipment to one of Avantree's designated RMA centers located in San Jose, California; Hacienda Heights, California; Watford, United Kingdom; Vancouver, Canada; and Hong Kong, China. Avantree will cover the cost of repair or replacement, as well as the cost of replacement shipping.
Severability
If any provision of this limited warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendment & Modification
Avantree reserves the right to amend or modify this limited warranty at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendments or modifications shall not adversely affect the warranty coverage provided to products purchased prior to the effective date of such amendments or modifications.
Entire Agreement
This limited warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Avantree and Purchaser with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written.
By using an Avantree product, Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this limited warranty.
