Resolve L191 – How to Use
Connect your L191 wired open-ear earbuds directly to a compatible Lightning device.
Step 1 – Check Your Device Port
The L191 has a Lightning plug. Your iPhone, iPad, or other device must have a Lightning port.
Step 2 – Connect the Earbuds
- Insert the Lightning plug firmly into your device.
- Play audio and adjust the volume on your device.
No Lightning port? The L191 will not connect directly to devices with a different port. Consider the compatible E191 or C191 version instead.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
The Plug Does Not Fit My Device
The L191 is designed for devices with a Lightning port. Check your device port before using the earbuds.
Connected but No Sound
- Make sure the Lightning plug is fully inserted.
- Play music or a video on your device.
- Turn up the device volume.
