Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
Reset the headset when you need to clear its saved Bluetooth connections and pair again.
Before You Reset
A factory reset clears the headset's saved Bluetooth pairing history. You will need to pair Alto Solo with your Bluetooth device again afterward.

Turn On Alto Solo
Make sure the headset is powered on before starting the reset.

Press and Hold + and − Together
Press and hold both volume buttons together for about 5 seconds.

Watch the LED
Release the buttons when the LED briefly turns pink.
Pink = Pairing history cleared
Flashing Red & Blue = Ready to pair again
Reset Complete
When the LED starts flashing red and blue, Alto Solo is back in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Pair Alto Solo Again
Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone, computer, or other Bluetooth device and select Avantree Alto Solo to reconnect.
