HomeBuddy Trio - Troubleshooting: Why Can't Pair HomeBuddy speaker with My Phone? – Avantree Support

If you're having trouble pairing your HomeBuddy speaker with your phone or other Bluetooth transmitters, please check the following:

1. Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode

Press and hold the and buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch modes. The LED will blink blue, indicating the speaker is now in Bluetooth mode.

2. Enter Bluetooth pairing mode

After entering Bluetooth mode, the speaker should automatically enter pairing mode (LED blinks red and blue).
If not, press and hold the button until the LED blinks red and blue. This means the speaker is ready to pair.

Once the speaker is in pairing mode, try connecting again from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
