Opera – How to Replace the Headband Padding

The headband padding on your headphones (that sits atop your head while in use) is replaceable since it is a wearable item that can wear down with time or certain conditions (i.e. temperature, improper storage, accidental damage, etc.). Follow these simple steps to replace the padding:

Step 1: Remove the Old Cushion
*Use a screwdriver to gently widen the joint area where the headband cushion is attached.
*Grasp the old cushion and remove it from the headphones.

Step 2: Attach the New Cushion
*Align the new cushion with the attachment points on the headband.
*Secure the new cushion firmly in place, ensuring it fits snugly.
