Audition 3 - Troubleshooting: How to Fix Audio Quality Issues?

Our Avantree Audition 3 headphones (BTHS-AS19) are designed with an enhanced Voice Clear mode (the factory default setting) to cater to individuals with hearing difficulties. If you don’t require this setting, switch to Balanced Mode:

Once audio is playing through the Audition 3 headphones, press the EQ button on the left earcup until you hear the prompt “Balanced Mode.” The EQ setting will be saved and won’t reset when you turn the headphones off and on again.

💡Note:
If you reset the headphones, the EQ setting will revert to the default Voice Clear mode.
