Firmware Update for Oasis Plus 2

Purpose of Update: This firmware update addresses the issues of : Fix audio glitches/stutter with some aptx adaptive headphones.

Required Materials: Windows PC

Step-by-Step Device Firmware Update (DFU) Guide:

Step 1:Plug Oasis Plus 2 into your PC by USB data cable. 

Step 2: Download the DFU file on your windows PC

File: TC500P2 DFU

Step 3: Download & Install Bluesuite to Perform DFU

Click and download the DFU tool here - BlueSuite.WIN.3.3 Installer and install it on your computer. Once download the DFU tool, unzip it and double click the file to install

Find “HidDfuAPP” in “all programs” on your computer once installed and select the DFU file which you just download in "ChooseFile". Click"Run". Then DFU will be done.
