Performing a factory reset will erase the pairing history with any other devices. If you’ve paired the headphones or transmitter separately with another device and they don’t reconnect automatically, a reset may be required.
Important:
Before resetting, ensure that Bluetooth on other devices(very often, your phone) is turned off to avoid interference.
Factory Reset Instructions
1. Resetting the Transmitter
- Power on the transmitter
- Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously for 7 seconds. Both indicators will light up pink indicating a successfully reset
- After resetting, the close to will flash blue
- Power off the transmitter
2. Resetting the Headphones
- Power on the black headphones
- Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons for 10 seconds until the LED indicator turns pink. This confirms the paired history has been cleared, and the headphones will automatically enter pairing mode (flashing red and blue)
- Power off the headphones
- Repeat these steps for the red headphones
3. Reconnecting the Transmitter and Headphones
- Turn both the transmitter and headphones back on. The black headphones will automatically reconnect within 5–10 seconds
- While the red headphones are already turned on and in pairing mode(flashing red and blue), press & holduntil the nearby flashes red & blue, wait for a few seconds until it turns solid blue
- A solid blue light on both the transmitter and headphones, along with the “Connected” voice prompt from the headphones, indicates a successful connection
- From now on, they should automatically reconnect
If reconnection fails, you may need to manually re-pair, connect, and lock the headphones to the transmitter.
