Why can't I hear sound from both my TV speakers and the HT41899 Plus 2 headphones?
Whether you can output sound simultaneously through your TV speakers and headphones depends on your TV model. Typically, this functionality is supported when using the Optical Output mode on most TVs.
Optical Mode Setup:
1. Connect the Transmitter to Your TV:
*Use the provided optical cable to connect the transmitter to your TV's optical port.
(Insert the pink plug into the pink port on the transmitter and the other end into your TV’s optical port)
*Power on the transmitter and switch the ON/OFF button to the "ON" position.
2. Adjust TV Audio Settings:
*Set the Digital Output Audio Format on your TV to PCM.
*Select TV Speaker as the audio output device: Navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > TV Speaker.
Note: Disconnect any other devices connected to the TV to avoid potential audio output conflicts if necessary.
For TVs Supporting [Multi-Output Audio Functionality] (e.g., Samsung TVs):
*Enable the Multi-Output Audio feature in your TV's audio settings.
*Enter Pairing Mode on the Headphones: Hold the OFF/ON/PAIR button in the PAIR position for 5 seconds. The LED indicator will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode.
*Your TV will search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
*Select Avantree AS19 headphones to connect.
Important Notes:
1. Most TVs using HDMI Output Mode do not support simultaneous audio output to multiple devices.
2. For assistance with your specific TV model, consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer.
