1. To avoid sound cutting out:
đźš« Stay Within Range: Keep your Bluetooth device within 3m (10 ft) of the transmitter.
đź’ˇ Minimize Interference: Wi-Fi routers, access points, and microwaves use the 2.4GHz frequency and may disrupt the signal. Keep them as far away as possible from your transmitter and speakers.
2. Not satisfied with the sound?
🎛️ Press "+" and "-" buttons on the transmitter simultaneously to switch between Normal, Voice Clear, and Bass EQ modes.
🔊 Not loud enough? Press "+" or "-" to adjust the volume within the selected mode.
3. Can I use the Harmony 2 speakers while charging?
Yes, you can use them while plugged in.
If they briefly disconnect when switching from battery to charging, just turn them back on—they’ll reconnect automatically.
4. Can I pair a different Bluetooth speaker to the transmitter?
No, the Avantree Flex Base transmitter can’t pair with Bluetooth speakers.
Although it supports three input modes (Phone, OPT, and AUX), the Phone mode is meant for connecting to audio source devices like phones, tablets, computers, or TVs—not to output devices like Bluetooth speakers, headphones, or soundbars.
đź’ˇTip: Our 5049 series (Quartet, Quartet 2) and 5308 series (Harmony, Harmony 2) use the same 2.4GHz chipset, so their transmitters and receivers are compatible. Just put both devices into pairing mode to connect them.
