If the transmitter's "🎧 " & "TV Audio" LEDs are solid, but either the earphone keeps flashing blue, try reset both earphones and transmitter.
NOTE: Please be aware that both the transmitter and the earphones must be reset in order to successfully complete the reset process.
1. Reset and enter the earphone into pairing mode:
- Place the non-working earphone which keep flashing blue on top of the transmitter.
- Wait for a few seconds, the other working earphone will automatically flash red & blue. Double-click the multifunctional button (MFB). The LED will briefly turn pink and then flash blue. Put it back on the top of the transmitter.
- Remove both earphones at the same time. The LEDs will flash blue as the earphones connect to each other. They both automatically enter pairing mode by flashing red & blue.
2. Reset and enter the transmitter into pairing mode:
- Press and hold the "Reset" button for about 5 seconds until the " 🎧 " LED flashes pink for 2 seconds, then red & blue alternately.
- This indicates that the pairing history has been cleared and that the transmitter is now in pairing mode.
3. Wait for the earphones to connect to the transmitter
- Hold the earphones close to the transmitter.
- After about 5 seconds, the earphones will automatically connect to the transmitter.
- The earphones' LEDs will briefly turn white for 3 seconds then turn off, and the transmitter’s indicators will show solid blue ("🎧") and white ("TV AUDIO").
