If your HT41899P headphones and transmitter fail to reconnect, please follow these steps to reconnect and lock them again. This may be because you paired your headphones with another device, or you're using a new replacement pair of headphones.
If your transmitter is connected to your TV's USB port, switch it to another power source, such as your wall outlet or laptop. Then, turn off the TV. This is to prevent interference from your TV
Step 1. Connecting the Black Headphones
- Connect the transmitter to a power source and turn it on
- Press & hold the button until you see the LED indicator flashing Red & Blue.
- Put the black headphones in Pairing Mode:
- Starting from off status, turn on the black headphones
- Slide the power switch to the “pair” position until the LED indicator flashes red and blue
- Once connected, the headphones' LED indicator will show solid blue, and the transmitter's &"AD" indicator will turn solid
-
Lock them together again (very important) - Press and hold the button on the transmitter for about 10 seconds until the close indicator turns Pink.
Note: Only one headphone can be locked at a time. The lock function can only be activated when only one headphone is connected.
Step 3. Connecting the Red Headphones
- Press & hold thebutton on the transmitter until you see the LED indicator flashing Red & Blue.
- Get the red headphones into pairing mode and wait for them to connect(refer to step 2)
- Once connected, the red headphones’ LED indicator will turn solid blue, and the transmitter’s indicator close to will become solid blue
Now, turn all devices off and turn them back on again. WAIT for 5-10 seconds for everything to reconnect. Now the next time you use them, they will always link to each other once turned on.
