Please check the following:
1. The speakers and transmitter should be connected - the LED indicators should be solid.
2. Make sure the audio signal is valid.
- The audio cable should be plugged into the “INPUT FROM TV” section.
- Check your TV's settings (Samsung TV, LG TV, Sony TV, Vizio TV…).
- For Optical connection:
- Make sure the transmitter is set to OPT.
- Make sure your TV's HDMI ARC port is not connected to anything.
- Unplug and plug the optical cable to the transmitter.
- Start your Netflix / Amazon Prime program first before changing the settings to PCM.
- For AUX / RCA connections:
- Use your speaker with a wire to listen. If there's no sound, then there's no signal coming from that port.
- Make sure the transmitter is set to AUX.
