Reason: The call may be using your phone's microphone instead of the Roadtrip's microphone.
Quick Solutions:

Ensure Proper Connection: Verify that the Roadtrip is paired and shows as "Connected" in
Settings > Bluetooth
on your phone. - Answer Using the Roadtrip: Always press the answer button on the Roadtrip to ensure the call uses its microphone and speaker.
- Switch Audio Source: If the call was answered on your phone, switch the audio to the Roadtrip by tapping the audio icon on the call screen and selecting the Roadtrip.
- Set as Default Device: Configure the Roadtrip as the default device for call audio in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, if applicable.
- Test Your Setup: Make a test call using the Roadtrip to confirm that the audio settings are correctly configured.
