This issue could be due to a poor Bluetooth connection. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Reset the Car Kit:
- Step 1: On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and unpair/remove the Roadtrip from the list of paired devices. Then, turn off Bluetooth on your device.
- Step 2: Put the Roadtrip into PAIRING MODE. With the Roadtrip powered on, press and hold the pairing button for about 2 seconds until the LED flashes RED and BLUE.
- Step 3: Reset the Roadtrip. While in pairing mode, quickly double-click the pairing button . The LED will flash PINK and beep twice, returning to pairing mode, indicating the reset is complete.
- Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for the Avantree Roadtrip to reconnect.

Re-pair the Device:
- Remove the Avantree Roadtrip from your phone's Bluetooth list and pair them again. This can often resolve minor connectivity issues.

Test the Connection:
- Try using the device again to see if the issue has been resolved. Most of the time, these steps will fix the problem.
