Before purchasing a transmitter, it’s important to know if your hearing aids are compatible. Below, you’ll find a list of hearing aids that customers have confirmed as either compatible or incompatible:
Confirmed Compatible Hearing Aids:
- Phonak ComPilot
- Phonak Audeo
- Oticon hearing aids paired with the Oticon ConnectClip (note that the ConnectClip is required in order to use your Oticon hearing aids with our transmitters)
- Kirkland Signature KS 9.0
Tip: Recommended Avantree transmitter Orbit Pro with hearing aids volume adjustment capacity. The other transmitters may not support.
Confirmed Incompatible Hearing Aids:
- Philips HearLink
If your hearing aid model isn’t listed, don’t worry. That’s where our SoundCheck Program comes in.
What is the SoundCheck Program?
The SoundCheck Program is designed to help both us and our customers learn more about hearing aid compatibility. Here’s how it works:
- Check compatibility first: Review our compatibility lists above to see if your hearing aids are already confirmed as compatible or incompatible.
- Purchase a transmitter: Buy the transmitter of your choice from our avantree.com store.
- Test compatibility: Use the transmitter with your hearing aids to determine if they work or not.
-
Share your results: Email us at support@avantree.com with your findings. You’ll need to provide:
- The name of the hearing aid model you tested, as well as a photo of the hearing aid with the transmitter.
- A short description of the results (i.e. audio works fine, connection issues, etc.)
-
Receive your refund or return assistance:
- If compatible, we’ll refund the full purchase price of the transmitter as a thank-you for helping us expand our compatibility database.
- If incompatible, we’ll guide you through the return process and issue a full refund.
