Conducting a factory reset on the headphones will clear all previous pairing data and restore the default settings. You may need to reset your headphones if you are experiencing trouble pairing them with your devices.
Step 1: Turn on the Headphones
- Slide the power switch to the ON position.
Step 2: Reset the Headphones
- Press and hold the "+" and volume "-" buttons simultaneously for about 5 to 7 seconds.
- The LED will turn PINK, indicating that the headphones have reset.
- After resetting, the headphones should enter pairing mode, and the LED will alternate between flashing RED & BLUE. You can now pair the headphones with any device.

- Auto-Reconnect: Bluetooth devices typically auto-reconnect to the last paired device. Ensure the previously used device's Bluetooth is turned off to avoid interference.
