If you are experiencing difficulties pairing your AS19 headphones to your devices, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Check if the Headphones are in Pairing Mode
When in paring mode, the LED indicator on the headphones should be flashing RED & BLUE, you will hear a "Pairing" voice prompt. If it's not, slide and hold the power switch to the "PAIR" position until the LED indicator flashes RED & BLUE.
2. LED Indicator Flashing Red & Blue but Still Can't Connect?
Step 1: Reboot
- Headphones: Turn off the headphones, wait a few seconds, and then turn them back on.
- Device: Restart your phone, computer, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
Retry the pairing process.
Step 2: Change Location
Bluetooth connections can be disrupted by other wireless signals, such as those from WiFi routers, TV streaming devices, or other Bluetooth devices. Try moving to a different location to pair the headphones.
Step 3: Factory Reset the Headphones
- Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 7-8 seconds.
- The LED indicator will turn PINK.
After resetting, the headphones should automatically reenter pairing mode.
