AS20L - Troubleshooting - Sound cuts in & out?

The MOST common causes are:

Cause 1: There is obstructions between you and your headphones.

Solution

  • Please try to keep yourself and AS20L in the same room without walls, doors and other obstacles.
  • Your bud’s Bluetooth antenna is located in the ‘inline remote’. So please ensure that your mobile phone is located on the RIGHT SIDE of your body

Cause 2: AS20L is out of range.

Solution: Make sure that your headphones are within 33 feet (10 meters) of your mobile phone. Going outside of this range can impact audio quality.

Cause 3: AS20L is working abnormally.
