LG's newer TV models such as "49UK6300PUE" or "OLED65C8PUA" usually come with Optical Digital Audio Out port(s) in the back, whereas the older models like LK450 may only have the analog output (HEADPHONE OUTPUT.)

Well, good news is that no matter which output your TV has, our transmitter will be able to support it, so don't worry, we've got you covered!
However, after connecting the transmitter to your TV, you may need to make some simple adjustments to your TV's audio settings. Please see below for the instructions.
If you're using Optical Digital Audio Out:
Step 1 - Select SOUND OUT menu on your TV
Step 2 - Select OPTICAL, or TV Speaker + Optical (if you need to have sound from BOTH TV speaker and headphones)
Step 3 - Select ALL SETTING
Step 4 - Select SOUND
Step 5 - Turn off DOLBY ATMOS
Step 6 - Under OPTICAL menu, set DIGITAL SOUND OUT to PCM.
Still doesn't work?
IF you've updated your TV audio settings as above and you've already paired your headphones to the transmitter YET there's still no sound coming out of your headphones, please give LG Technical Support a call at:
