CK11 - Troubleshooting - Always disconnect and connect

1. For Android phones, please go to your phone's bluetooth setting to make sure phone audio and media audio are activated.

 

2. For iPhones, please exit the Bluetooth search page on your phone once you paired/connected CK11 with it successfully. Otherwise your iPhone is always in bluetooth searching mode, and it may lead to “connected/disconnect” issue.

If both above are not working, pls rest set the carkit, unpair/forget the Avantree devices, and try to reconnect.
