CK11 - Troubleshooting - Always disconnect and connect

1. For Android phones, please go to your phone's bluetooth setting to make sure phone audio and media audio are activated.

 

2. For Iphone or if both are activated but it still disconnect after a while, pls rest set the carkit, unpair/forget the Avantree devices, and try to reconnect?
