If the earbuds exhibit abnormal behavior, e.g. can’t pair with device, sound cutting in & out, very short range, static noise, buttons not responding, etc., please ‘reset’ your pairing history:

From off status, press & hold for about 10 seconds. DO NOT RELEASE until LED flashes RED 3 times slowly. It will power off thereafter. The HS134 will enter pairing mode automatically next time you turn it on.
