HT4186 - Troubleshooting - Can't charge

The bluetooth transmitter Audikast does NOT have internal battery. It does not need to be charged. It only need to be powered by the giving USB cable.

The bluetooth headphones NB16 comes with built-in battery and needs to be charged regularly. Please insert the giving USB cable into its USB charging port. It's covered by a cap. Please open it with your fingernail.

When you charge it, the LED light will turn red. After 2-3h, LED light will turn off, which indicates the headphone is fully charged.

'not charge' normally can be verified if you have BOTH below issues:

1) Press and hold the middle button for 5-10 secs, the LED light doesn't change at all. 

2) Try to charge the headphone but no red LED light

The normal causes are -

  1. Faulty USB charging cable 

Please change another workable UBS charging cable to see if it works. If it works, then we can conclude the not charging issue is caused by faulty the charging cable, pls contact us for a new cable replaced. If it still doesn't work, please move to the next option 2.

     2Faulty Power source

Please change another power source like PC USB port, socket, different USB charger(5V/2A). If it still doesn't work, please move to the next option 3.

     3. Defective headphones

If still no red LED light when in charge, and when you press and hold the MFB button of the headphones for 2-5s, the headphones can't turn on, then the headphone might be defective.
