 1. Build up the Broadcast Network

Select 1pc AS9PA as Broadcast Headphones Connect with the 1st  Receiver Headphones 

Use the Broadcast Headphones to connect with the 2nd or more additional Receiver Headphones ONE BY ONE

Step1

Need to connect to a Bluetooth device?

YES,  Broadcast Headphones need to connect with a BT device

NO, Just Switch ON the headphones 

NO, Just Switch ON the headphones

(DO NOT connect the target Receiver Headphones with any Bluetooth Device)

Step2

Set headphones into Broadcast / Receiver Mode

Hold  for 5s, LED shows GREEN  Hold  for 5s, LED shows WHITE Hold  for 5s on the current headphones , to set it into Receiver Mode, LED shows WHITE

Step3

Set into Broadcast / Receiver Pairing Mode

Press  once,LED blinks  GREEN rapidly Press  once,LED blinks WHITE rapidly Press  once on the current headphones , to set it into Receiver Pairing Mode, LED blinks WHITE rapidly

Step4

Get them be connected

Ensure both Broadcast/ Receiver Headphones are all in their pairing mode (blinks GREEN / WHITE rapidly)

Keep them close and wait for 10-15s,when they connected successfully Broadcast/ Receiver Headphones shows solid  GREEN / WHITE.

Step 4.1. Press  once on the Broadcast Headphones again, to set it into pairing mode (this action won’t influence the previous connected Receiver Headphones status)

Step 4.2. Keep them close and wait for 10-15s,after they connected successfully, the Broadcast/ Receiver Headphones shows solid  GREEN / WHITE.

NOTE: Please refer Step 1 to Step 4.2 to connect the Broadcast Headphones with other additional Receiver Headphones ONE BY ONE

Want to Exit Broadcast Network?

Back to Bluetooth Mode

Solution 1> Hold   for 5s,LED shows BLUE, headphones back to previous Bluetooth Status.

Solution 2> From Power ON, slide and hold the power switch to  for 3s  () headphones will enter into Bluetooth Pairing Mode.

 

2. Sharing Music / Voice through BROADCAST headphones –

2.1 Broadcast Music

  • Play music from your audio source to test your set up. If there is no sound this may be because the BROADCAST unit is disconnected - please go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and select the “Avantree AS9PA” to manually re-establish a connection with the Broadcast unit.
  • You can now play audio from your source and it will be shared with any connected headphones on your broadcast headphones.

 

2.2 Broadcast Voice

  • Ensure the BROADCAST unit is connected with Bluetooth device.
  • Hold  for 2 seconds on the Broadcast headphones to turn the microphone ON, the voice will be shared with any connected headphones on your broadcast headphones.
  • Hold for 2 seconds again to turn the microphone off.

 

NOTE: 

  • Headphones Status-

1) On next use, once the headphones are powered ON again they will automatically revert to their previous connection state.

2) From Power ON, slide and hold the power switch to  for 3s  () headphones will enter into Bluetooth Pairing Mode.

  • On BROADCAST headphones

1) To protect privacy, you can NOT make/ broadcast phone calls through Broadcast Network (please make phone calls on your phone directly).

2) You may experience an audio delay around 220ms between the connected target Bluetooth Device and BROADCAST headphones.  

3) The audio source will be paused automatically when the “Broadcast Voice “function is activated.

4) You can NOT hear your own voice on when the “Broadcast Voice “function is activated.

  • On RECEIVER headphones

1) You can NOT adjust the volume level individually.

2) You can NOT broadcast voice to others by RECEIVER headphones.
