ANC041 - Troubleshooting - Not working/ Can't power on

There are TWO possibilities 

  1. The headphones have been drained 
  2. Product defective issue

  1. The headphones have been drained 

If you hear a beep sound every five minutes and the Bluetooth LED indicator stays Red, you should recharge your headphones. Please plug it into a USB wall charger (DC 5V / 0.5-2A) or a
powered computer USB port via included micro USB cable.
Normally it will take 3.5 hours to fully charge. The battery level indicator will flash Blue when charging and will show  when the battery is full.

     2. For the following situations, you can contact support@avantree.com directly for RMA support when you recharge your headphones

  • If NO LED lights at all when you try to charge
  • If NO LED lights at all when you press ANC button
  • If NO LED lights at all when you press and hold the power button for 5s

Note: You may not operate properly due to button installation issue. Please long press the Bluetooth/ Power button  for 3 seconds to power on the headphones then the LED shows BLUE
