HT4186 - Troubleshooting - No sound while watching Amazon Prime/Netflix

If you experience no sound while watching Amazon/Netflix programs: 

1)Ensure your TV Audio Format is set to "PCM" or "DOLBY/DTS" is OFF.

2)  Change your TV audio out setting to "External Speaker".

3)  HT4186 does NOT decode DOLBY/DTS, you need to have one Digital Analog Converter that can decode DOLBY/DTS:
