If you have any issues using the DG59 set with your PS4, here are some common reasons -
1. The USB dongel is not plugged into the PS4 properly
Please test with the USB extension cable OR remove the green rubber cover and make sure the USB is plugged in all the way.
2. The PS4 system may need a reboot to recognize new USB devices
Please plug the Leaf into your PS4 then reboot it.
3. You have an 'outlier' device and need a replacement
Please try using your adapter with a PC or Mac and pair with your Bluetooth device (headphone, speaker). If it is working, then your Leaf should be fine. If it's not working at all, please contact us for some troubleshooting steps.
