THANKS for choosing Avantree Audition Pro! Please DO NOT worry when any problems encountered during you use them because the device comes with 24 months warranty! 

NO sound from one side (right/left) - under Bluetooth mode or wired mode or both?

  • If only under Bluetooth mode 

>  please try to reset and pair again.

 

  • If only under wired mode 

>  Please try to use with another 3.5mm audio cable

>  Please try plugging and unplugging the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphones 3.5mm audio port repeatedly

 

  • If under BOTH Bluetooth and wired mode

>  Please try plugging and unplugging the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphones 3.5mm audio port repeatedly

 

If the problems can'be fixed please provide the detailed info and your AMZ order number to Avantree Service Team support@avantree.com
