THANKS for choosing Avantree Products! Please DO NOT worry when any problems encountered during you use them because the device comes with 24 months warranty!  

There are FOUR possibilities if the headphones can't be TURNED ON  OR you can TURN ON the headphones for a while but they always randomly shut off in Bluetooth mode

  1. The battery level of headphones is too low to be turned on (didn't fully recharged) 
  2. The micro USB charging cable is defective
  3. You need to Press the very middle of the MFB Button to Turn On the headset
  4. The battery can't hold a charge (the headset is a defective unit).

  1. Headphones is not properly well recharged?

When the LED blinks red, you should recharge your headphones. Please remove the micro-USB protector and charge the headphones via the supplied USB to AC adapter or PC USB port. It normally takes about 3 hours to fully charge the battery. The LED will stay red when charging and will turn off when charging is complete.

 

Charging requirement: You can plug our supplied USB cable to your own USB chargers(wall charger/travel charger/car charger,etc) with 5V/500mA-2A or PC USB port. It is OK to use most mobile phone chargers on the market.

If the red charging light is off even when plugged in with USB charging cable. Please contact support@avantree.com for a replacement directly! 

Enter Pairing mode - From off mode, press and hold for 7-10 sec, can you see the red and blue LED flashing together? (do NOT let go when you see only Blue! only let go when you see Blue and red flashing together.)

     2. Please ensure the micro USB charging cable works fine

a. How to check? >>>Please use this current charging cable to charge another device to check if it works fine. 

b. If the charging cable is defective please change another micro USB charging cable to recharge the headset

c. If the charging cable works FINE and the headphones were charging for a good amount of time (no less than 3hrs), the headset maybe a defective unit. Please contact support@avantree.com for replacement.

     3. Please ensure you Press the VERY MIDDLE of the MFB Button for no less than 3 seconds to Turn On the headset

     4. The battery can't hold a charge (the headset is a defective unit). 

If the charging cable works FINE and the headphones were charging for a good amount of time (no less than 3hrs),

But the headphones still can't be TURNED ON OR you can TURN ON the headphones for a while but they always randomly shut off in Bluetooth mode despite a full charge, if these two cases occurred, it seems that the headset maybe a defective unit. Please contact support@avantree.com for a replacement directly!
