Priva III/IIA - Troubleshooting - Static/noise

  • Try powering up the Priva III (Priva IIA has built in battery) using a different USB charger (5V/0.5-2A).
  • Try one different audio cable that connecting Priva III/IIA and your audio source.
  • Clear paired history of BOTH Priva III/IIA and your headphones.

If the static/noise still exists, contact support@avantree.com  for FREE replacement pls.
