E171 - Troubleshooting - Volume Control Issues


If you ever experience volume control issues, please check with customer support with below details.

  1. Does the Play/Pause button function properly in this case?
  2. What mobile phone&brand do you use with? Do you need an adapter to connect with?
  3. Can you try to plug and unplug for a few times which might help in some case?
  4. Would you please try with another mobile phone/iPad with 3.5mm audio output jack, and see if the problem persists?

Note: Some in-line control features may not work on mobile phones with type-C or lightning port.
