Firmware Update for Medley Pebble

Purpose of Update: This firmware update addresses an issue of the volume being too low. Only applicable for batch T24B1.

Required Materials:

1. USB-C data cable 
2. Android mobile phone

Step-by-Step Device Firmware Update (DFU) Guide

To perform the device firmware update (DFU), please first download the GAIA app by clicking here on your Android. Then, follow the steps below:

1.1 Drag "gaia_client.apk.1.0_installer_1.0.88" to the Application Folder to install the GAIA app.

1.2 Still on your Android, download the firmware update from here. Then, drag it into the application folder as well.

1.3 Pair the Medley Pebble earphones with your Android. If you're unsure how to do this, you can follow this guide.

1.4 Open the GAIA app and follow the screenshots below in order to complete the firmware update.

Once the update is successfully completed, you'll be able to adjust the volume to a higher level.
