How to Factory Reset/ Clear Pairing History of C81

You may need to reset the C81 if it is not working properly. Conducting a factory reset on the C81 will clear all of its past pairing history.

Step 1: Ensure the C81 is plugged in.

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode by holding the Multi-Function Button for 2 seconds until the LED flashes alternately blue and white.

Step 3: Reset the device by double-clicking the Multi-Function Button in pairing mode. A solid blue and white light will appear for 2 seconds followed by alternating blue and white flashes, indicating a successful reset.

Additional Tips:

Bluetooth devices typically auto-reconnect to the last paired device. Turn off Bluetooth on the previous device to avoid interference.
Remember to reset both the Bluetooth sender and receiver. For devices like cellphones or PCs, toggle the Bluetooth function off and back on.
