Starting with batch T24J1, the factory default setting for Voice Clear mode was enhanced. While this change improves clarity for users with severe hearing impairments, it may cause slight sound distortion for users without such needs.
Workaround: Switch to Balanced Mode
Follow these steps to adjust the EQ setting:
*Connect the transmitter to your TV and ensure the headphones are paired. The LEDs on both the headphones and transmitter should turn solid blue.
*Press and hold both the ⏯ and + buttons on the right earcup of the headphones until you hear the prompt "Balanced Mode." The EQ mode will be saved and will not reset when you turn the headphones off and back on.
Note: EQ adjustments are not available for batches manufactured before T24F1.
