Check Your HDMI Connection
If you have a device plugged into your TV’s HDMI port 🎞️, check whether it’s using an HDMI ARC port. On most TVs, connecting a device to the ARC port mutes other audio output ports. Try switching to a different HDMI port.
If you’re using a soundbar or AV receiver via ARC, consider switching to Digital Optical instead.
Still No Sound? Follow These Steps
1. Ensure the Ambient mode is not activated.
2. Check the connection between the receiver and transmitter dock
- If connected properly, the LED on the receiver will stay GREEN.
- If not, activate the transmitter, and toggle the earbuds' power switch to turn it on and hold it close to the transmitter. They'll automatically connect and their LEDs will turn solid GREEN.
3. Make sure the right audio signal is being sent
- Double-check your TV’s audio settings (Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, etc.)
- Start your Netflix or Amazon Prime program first before switching the audio format to PCM.
