Relay - Troubleshooting: How to fix AirPods and Avantree Relay connection issues?

If you're experiencing connection issues between your AirPods and Avantree Relay, follow these steps:

1. Disable Dual Link: AirPods do not support dual link and automatically prioritize connections with Apple devices. Ensure Bluetooth is disabled on all nearby Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.).

2. Reset Both Devices:

   • Avantree Relay: Press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds until the LED flashes RED & BLUE simultaneously for 3 seconds (it may look PINK)
   • AirPods: Place them in the charging case, close the lid, and press the setup button on the back until the LED flashes amber. Then reopen the lid to reconnect.

These steps should effectively resolve any connection issues between your AirPods and the Avantree Relay.
