How to fix AirPods and Avantree Relay connection issues?

If you encounter connection issues between your AirPods and Avantree transmitter, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Disable Dual Link: Keep in mind that AirPods (Pro) do not support dual link. Ensure that your Avantree transmitter is not attempting to establish a dual link connection with the AirPods.

2. Disable Bluetooth on Apple devices: AirPods prioritize connections with Apple products. Before pairing with Avantree transmitters, make sure to disable Bluetooth on any previously paired Apple devices. This includes your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and any other Apple devices in your vicinity.

• Go to the settings menu of each Apple device.
• Locate the Bluetooth settings.
• Turn off the Bluetooth function on each device
