I added music files to my device but they won't play. What file types are supported?

For Avantree speakers with MP3 players, the following file formats are supported:

• MP3
• WAV
• WMA

Please take care that your files are formatted accordingly, otherwise they can't be played. For Soundbyte T users, APE and FLAC are also supported.

If you're using your own SD card, please take care that the card is 32GB or below. Larger SD cards are not supported.
