DG45 - Not Working

If your DG45 does not work for you, pls try the following

1. Driver installed, still cannot find any Bluetooth device -
   1. Company Computer - Pls talk to your IT dept first.
   2. Self-Installed PC - We can NOT support Self- installed PC. 
1. Driving installation Issue - Check Notes in Set up Part 1.
2. Is that a company controlled or sell-installed PC? Some function might be missing or restricted.
2. Cannot install the driver properly - Please Check Notes in Set up Part 1.
3. Bluetooth Devices Paired but Not Working properly
1. Set up Part 2. Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History of your Bluetooth Device & Try again (Important!)
2. Other Bluetooth Devices in environment are Bluetooth-OFF.
3. Set up Part 3. Double check the PC Audio Settings & APP Settings.
