If your headphone is fully charged, but it does not respond, like it will not turn off, not enter pairing mode, or it shows a solid LED light (sometimes there is no light), it might be the headphone is frozen, please troubleshoot as the following:
PLUG the USB / Type C charging cable DIRECTLY into the headphone charging port, and plug the other side of the cable to a power source for 3-5 sec and then unplug the cable. This should re-activate the headphone system and solve the problem.
