HT41899 TV Headphone Set comes with two headphones, the BLACK headphone and RED headphone.
After the T20J1 batch: NOTE 2.1 How to find the batch no.
1. Both the BLACK and RED headphones are "Factory Locked." You don't need to manually pair them with the transmitter each time. All you need to do is turn both headphones on and then turn on the transmitter; they should automatically connect within 2-5 sec.
2. If one of the headphones failed to reconnect, here's what to do:
- Batches T22H1 and later: Slide the power switch on the disconnected headphones to the "pair" position and HOLD it there for 2 seconds OR tap the "1" button (if reconnecting the BLACK headphone) or the "2" button (if reconnecting the RED headphone) on the transmitter and WAIT 3-5 seconds. You will hear the voice prompt 'Connected' once connected.
-
Before the T22H1batch: Quickly tap the middle silver button ONCE on the headphones you're trying to reconnect. If this doesn't work, quickly tap the "1" button on the transmitter if trying to reconnect the BLACK headphones, or the "2" button if trying to reconnect the RED headphones. WAIT 3-5 seconds. The headphones will announce 'Connected'.
NOTE 2.3 Both headphones now show SOLID BLUE, and are well connected to the transmitter. The Bluetooth sign next to "1" and "2" on the transmitter are also both SOLID BLUE.
If this is not the case, please turn both devices off and turn them back on again and wait for 5-10 seconds.
If this does not happen even you tried to turn them both off and on and waited for 5 seconds, you might need manually Re-pair, Connect, and Lock the headphone and transmitter base again.
Please note: the headphones of the HT41899 have been upgraded from a Micro USB port to a Type C port on batch T22H1, and the pair button has been changed from a silver button to a power switch.
The next step is Adjust the TV Audio Settings
