HT41899 – Troubleshooting: How to Resolve Reconnection Issues

The black headphones from the HT41899 unit are designated as Headphone 🎧1, while the red headphones are designated as Headphone 🎧2.

Power-On Sequence & Auto-Connect:
*If you turn on Headphone 🎧1 first, followed by Headphone 🎧2, both will automatically connect to the transmitter, indicated by the LEDs turning solid.
*If you turn on Headphone 🎧2 before Headphone 🎧1, you’ll need to press the 🎧1 button on the transmitter or the silver button on the left earcup for Headphone 🎧1 to connect.

💡Notes:
1. Disable Bluetooth on Other Devices: When using the headphones with the transmitter, turn off Bluetooth on all nearby devices, including your TV, phone, computer, and speakers, to prevent potential interference.
2. Devices like Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, and access points using the 2.4GHz frequency may interfere with the signal. Keep them at least 2 meters away from your headphones and transmitter.
