All of the Avantree TV headphones sets are "FACTORY LOCKED" before shipping. This means that as soon as they're turned on, they should automatically connect with each other and show Solid Blue on the headphones. There's NO need to pair them each time you want to use them.
If your headphones do not show solid blue, indicating that are connected, please turn all the devices off. Then, turn them back on again(it's suggested to turn both headphones on first before turning on the transmitter) and WAIT for 5-10 seconds. If they still fail to connect, please follow the steps below to RECONNECT and LOCK them together again.
Note: During this procedure, please use another power source to power up the transmitter instead of using the TV's USB port. After that, temporarily keep your TV turned off. This is because Smart TVs often interfere with the paring process.
